Project Funding
In order to carry out projects on the private side, SILG Developments Limited has established a network of Trusts funded on a not-for-profit basis. Such trusts are now legally established with SILG Developments Limited as the corporate trustee to provide longevity.
An Association of Trusts has been created with a separate Trust Deed for every country in the world.
The intention is that each country will, with the assistance of professional trainers, appoint five or six trustees whose only task is to identify what that country needs most in its development path.
The Trustees will be equipped with a state-of-the-art desktop as an international exchange. This will provide ongoing information, sharing and trading between the projects. SILG Developments Limited CEO has spent the last 18 years in Australia working with the Australian Research & Development Innovation program which has yielded at least 6 world-beating technologies. In the event that these are generic technologies, they will be offered to all country trustees.
All of our projects and funding applications are all checked for Process, Procedure and Compliance.

An example of the work that we have concluded is related to the sector of affordable housing. Through our development partner and sister company Cellate, www.cellate.com.au we have a pre-cast concrete build technology that has the technical ability to build affordable, quality homes that will withstand extreme conditions such as hurricanes and earthquakes and do this in a very quick and easy way using fibre steel pre-cast concrete. Over the last 30 years, Cellate has successfully delivered tens of thousands of affordable housing units in countries like Iraq, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia. Including delivery of large-scale commercial sites such as the World Trade Centre in Colombo and the 67-storey MLC Centre in Sydney.
